Below you'll find answers to the most common questions we receive about buying curly hair products online, in Australia. Whether you’re shopping from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or beyond, we want your experience with This Little Curl to be as smooth as possible. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we're just an email away.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: We pack and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our Brisbane-based headquarters. Whether you're stocking up on curly hair products for kids or refreshing your adult curl care routine, we aim to get your order out fast.


Q: How long will delivery take within Australia?
A: Standard shipping across Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We're based in Queensland, so metro areas like Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane receive their curly hair orders a little quicker.


Q: Do you offer international shipping for curly hair products?
A: We currently ship internationally to New Zealand and Australia-wide to curl lovers from Perth to Hobart, Bluff to Whangarei.  We're also more than happy to provide a shipping quote to other destinations if you contact us.


Q: Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
A: Yes! As soon as your curly hair products are dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your order all the way to your door (unless, of course, you've selected the non-tracked postal option).


Q:My order arrived damaged or incomplete – what now?
A: We're so sorry! If your package arrived damaged or something’s missing, please email us within 7 days at hello@thislittlecurl.com. Include a photo if you can, and we’ll make it right—fast. Your curls shouldn’t have to wait.


Q: What’s your return policy for hair care products?
A: We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something’s not quite right with your curly hair care order, just get in touch and we’ll help sort it out. We are quite flexible here as we'd hate to think of you investing your hard earned money into something you don't love. Whilst we might not always be able to refund opened/used curl products, we can always try to help you get the best bang for buck.


Q: Do you include free samples with curly hair orders?
A: Yes, we love to surprise you with samples! We include free curly hair product samples with every order—stock levels allowing. If there’s something you're curious about, leave us a note at checkout. We can't guarantee we'll have your request available, but we may be able to provide something close.


Q: How can I contact your team for help with curly hair products or orders?
A: Easy! You can reach us through our Contact Page or by emailing hello@thislittlecurl.com. Whether you’ve got a question about curl types, shipping, or ingredients, we’re here to help. Please note though, being a small, family run business, juggling day to day life and a few health issues, you may not receive a reply straight away.
