Yes, this product is CG approved. Whilst it does contain peg-12 dimethicone it is water soluble.

Directions
Squirt a golf ball size of Whip into your palm (It may sound like a lot, but its a foam so don't stress) squish between your hands to spread. Scrunch into damp hair evenly starting at the roots and working down. Finger twirl curls if you need to reshape and leave to air dry or dry with a diffuser, scrunching and lifting as you go.
